Listen up, riders! Even the smoothest motor needs a little grease, and our digital drivetrain is no exception. To keep your One E-Bike Cloud experience performing like it’s in Boost Mode, we’re pulling into the workshop for some serious under-the-hood optimization.

Think of this as a high-speed battery swap for our entire digital infrastructure. We’re tightening the spokes, lubing the chain, and making sure the "brain" of your bike is ready for the long road ahead.

🚲 What does this mean for you?

- Connectivity: Your QORE eBike App won't be chatting with the cloud for a brief moment. Don't worry, it's not ghosting you; it’s just taking a nap.

- Data Sync: Any ride data might take a "scenic route" before showing up in your app once we’re back online.

- The Hardware: Your eBike will still ride perfectly. (In fact, it’s a great excuse to put down the phone and actually look at the trail!)

- Pro Tip: If you see a "Connection Error," please resist the urge to pedal harder at your router. It won't help, though it is great cardio.

- For our Dealers: The service functionality is heading to the breakroom for a quick espresso. Diagnostic syncs and service registrations will be temporarily parked. If a customer walks in, feel free to use your legendary "mechanical intuition" until we’re back in gear.

- For our OEMs: The production functionality is pausing for a quick inspection. Production will resume once we’ve finished polishing the digital chrome.

- For our Suppliers: The digital conveyor belt for component creation is hitting the "Pause" button. If you're trying to birth a new component into our system, please hold that thought. Our digital registry is currently getting its teeth brushed.

We’ll be back in the saddle before you know it.
Thanks for riding with QORE!
